Bryan Hathaway PT Cert MDT
Owner, with 20+ years of orthopedic experience, Bryan is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with his degree in Physical Therapy. He is credentialed through the McKenzie Institute for care of spinal disorders. He helped develop ‘Joint Camp’, a program for the rehab of joint replacements patients. Bryan is passionate about health and fitness and has coached numerous sports including wrestling, football, soccer, baseball, and basketball. He is the author of the book David and Goliath; The Guardian Angel Chronicles.




A.J. Finkelstein MSPT, CSTS
AJ graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utica College of Syracuse University where he obtained his masters degree in Physical Therapy. His work experience has allowed him to expand traditional orthopedic physical therapy and integrate patients into sport-specific exercises, functional training, supervised fitness programs, and general wellness. AJ is an elite level bike racer and an avid ice climber.





Andrew Masters, PTA, CFT
‘Drew’ received his associates degree from BCC as a Physical Therapist Assistant in May of 2008. He is certified as a Fitness Trainer by the International Sports Science Association where he also specialized in Martial Arts Fitness. Drew has worked with clients ranging from all ages and all fitness levels. He enjoys mixed martial arts, wrestling, and motocross.




Lyle Wm. Moyer, PTA
Lyle graduated from BCC with an Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He previously worked in long term care with an emphasis on wound care. Lyle has been a member of the Peak Performance team since 2002. Lyle not only treats patients but helps maintain many of the everyday operations at both Tioga Fitness and Peak Performance.



Becky Williams, Administrative Assistant
Becky handles insurance issues at our office. She makes sure that patients are able to continue receiving care by handling all the unseen paperwork and phone calls.



Jake Reynolds
Jake works at Tioga Fitness. He handles off hour operations and assists clients in their fitness goals.




Maggie Perrotte, PTA, CPT
Maggie graduated in 2000 from BCC with honors as a Physical Therapist Assistant and she is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Prior to coming to work at Peak Performance, Maggie worked with special needs children for 10 years. She enjoys physical fitness.



Nicole Kobziewicz, PTA
Nicole graduated from BCC with a Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She has been a part of the Peak Performance team since 2001. She takes interest in making casts for custom orthotics, personal training, and personal fitness.
